Every Angler install is covered twice: by our own 5-year warranty on parts and labor, and by Prairie’s 25-year warranty on the light pixels. If something isn’t right, you call us. You don’t get back on a ladder.
| Warranty | Who backs it | What it covers | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| Angler install warranty | Angler Permanent Lighting | Parts and labor | 5 years |
| Prairie pixel warranty | Prairie (the manufacturer) | The LED light pixels | 25 years |
Our 5-year parts and labor warranty
For 5 years after your install, Angler covers both the parts and the labor. If a part of your system needs to be repaired or replaced, we send our crew out to fix it, and you don’t pay for the parts or the work.
Most warranties on lights only cover the product. That still leaves you paying someone to climb up and swap it out, or doing it yourself. Ours covers the trip up the ladder too.
Prairie’s 25-year pixel warranty
We install the Prairie system, and Prairie backs its LED pixels for 25 years. After our 5-year warranty ends, the lights themselves are still covered by Prairie for the rest of those 25 years.
How to use your warranty
- Call or text us at (470) 634-5048. A photo of the problem helps.
- We figure out what’s wrong and schedule a time to come out.
- We come out and fix it. Within your first 5 years, parts and labor are on us.
We’ll go over the warranty with you at your free estimate, so you know exactly what you’re getting before anything is installed.
How this compares to a DIY kit
DIY permanent light kits typically come with a shorter warranty on the product alone, and you do the install and any repairs yourself. With Angler, the install, the parts and the labor are all covered for 5 years. See our Govee vs. professional install comparison for the full breakdown.
